Bev Knaggs

My career has been split between Financial Services, followed by a long term working within the NHS from where I retired in 2022.

I have extensive experience of working in services for vulnerable people, including Substance Misuse and Acute Mental Health services, Learning Disabilities and Dementia. As a non clinical NHS worker my roles were in Senior Management and included such as service redesign, performance management, quality improvement, governance and service delivery.

I am a co-opted Governor at Horsforth Newlaithes, where I provide voluntary reading support to Y1 &Y2. I have a passion for Newlaithes, where my school life began, and have a strong desire to give something back, and help to improve the experience of others.
