Newlaithes Kids Club
Newlaithes Kids Club is an all-inclusive facility. We offer a positive, safe and secure environment. We provide a fun and stimulating programme, encouraging children to develop to their full potential. The club is based within Horsforth Newlaithes Primary School and overseen by Headteacher, Joanne Blacoe.
The Breakfast Club is open Monday to Friday, during term time 7.30am until 8.45am (Please drop off by 8.15 am) and the After School Club from 3.15pm until 6pm, with the exception of when School is closed to pupils, e.g. Bank Holidays and staff training days.
All children are based in the Cabin for breakfast club

FEES - IMPORTANT PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
- £15.00 registration fee per child (one-off administration cost - non-refundable).
- Payment of fees - these are invoiced on a monthly basis.
- The Breakfast Club is currently £7.00 per session
- The After School Club is currently £13.50 per session
- Child Care Vouchers will be accepted for Newlaithes Kids Club.
Change of sessions and additional sessions
One-off session/s
- Requests must be made at least 7 days before the required session date. Each one-off session will have a £2.00 admin fee applied to it, for example x3 one-off sessions requested would have a £6.00 admin fee.
- If the booking is confirmed, charges will still apply if the child does not attend
Regular sessions
- A request for regular sessions will be subject to ratios and the club’s discretion
- A request to cancel sessions requires 28 days' notice.
- A request to swap permanent sessions is subject to 28 days’ notice and at the club’s discretion, temporary swaps cannot be accommodated.
Emails will be filtered using the email subject line; therefore, it is important that the words ‘NKC session’ followed by your child's name are used, for example ‘NKC session John Doe’ otherwise we cannot guarantee that the message will be picked up. NKC will aim to respond within 48 hours during normal Kids Club working hours.
Any children who are not on the registers will not be permitted into Kids Club, as ratios are based on the the clubs expected session numbers and dietary and allergy information is passed to staff on a session by session basis.
A yearly registration and permissions form will be sent via ParentMail each September and will need completing for each individual child.
